Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Photos showing the issue
- A description of the problem
We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Personalised items
Please double-check all custom details before completing your order, including:
- Player name
- Number
- Spelling
- Size selection
As personalised items are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges where the incorrect customisation details or size were entered by the customer.
Change of mind
Because our products may be made specifically to your requirements, returns for change of mind may not be accepted on personalised items.
If you have ordered a non-personalised item and wish to request a return, please contact us first and we will review your request.
