We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can cancel your order and return the item in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Change-of-mind returns

You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within this period and let us know that you would like to cancel.

Returned items should be kept in suitable condition and handled with reasonable care. Where applicable, we may take account of any reduction in the item's value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage will normally be the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or otherwise not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us investigate the issue and provide the correct resolution, we may ask for clear photographs or video showing:

• The condition of the outer packaging when received

• The package being opened

• The damaged or faulty item

• Any other relevant evidence showing the issue was present when the order arrived

Where an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or faulty, we will cover the reasonable return postage cost and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

Incorrect items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item received and your order details.

We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will process it using the original payment method where possible.
